Suite 5314 is the room that Leila and Sean were assigned to on their cruise ship.
A little bit tipsy, they made their way back to their room, after mistaking it for room 5314.
It may just be a coincidence that 514 is the flight that Michael Buchanan tries to sabotage later on. Explanations for why the "3" may have been added are yet to be explained. ("I Haven't Told You Everything")
